Zozi offers the Timbuk2 Track II 15" Laptop Backpack in Gunmetal (pictured) or Rev Red for $39 plus $7 for shipping. That's the lowest total price we could find for this backpack in any color by $1, although most places charge $88 or more. (We also saw it for $21 less in September.) It accommodates most 15" laptops and features a padded laptop sleeve, secondary zippered compartment with organizer panel, padded back panel, water bottle pocket, and more.
