EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Aug. 1, 2012) - Titan Trading Analytics Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TTA)(OTCBB:TITAF) ("Titan" or the "Corporation") announced today a correction to the intended non-brokered private placement offering of $250,000 in a convertible debenture ("Debenture"). The Debenture will be convertible into units at a deemed price of $0.10 per unit ("Conversion Price") on or before the Maturity Date, not $0.07 which was incorrectly stated in the original announcement.
