TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 15, 2012) - Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) today announced that Trapeze Group, a subsidiary of its wholly-owned division Volaris Group, has purchased Bacchus Management Holdings Pty Ltd ("Bacchus") based in Brisbane, Australia. The acquisition further extends Trapeze's solution offering in the Australian market place and strengthens the company's position as it continues to expand into the broader Asian Market.
