Urbanimmersive Technologies Announces a Non-Brokered Private Placement of Common Shares and Convertible Debentures |

MONTREAL, CANADA--(Marketwired - July 7, 2014) - Urbanimmersive Technologies Inc. (the "Corporation" or "Urbanimmersive") (TSX VENTURE:UI) is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to $350,000 (the "Offering"). Pursuant to the Offering, the Corporation will issue common shares of Urbanimmersive (the "Common Shares") at the price of $0.15 per Common Share and subordinated secured convertible debentures (the "Debentures") at face value. The mix between Common Shares and Debentures will be determined based on actual subscription received.
