AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - May 14, 2011) - Austin-based Versata Software, Inc. and Versata Development Group, Inc, were awarded $345 million in a patent infringement trial against global software giant SAP America Inc. and its German-based parent company, SAP AG.
