Walmart offers the Vivitar 12.1-Megapixel 1080p Waterproof Digital Camcorder, model no. DVR787HD, for $39.98 plus $4.97 for shipping. That's the lowest total price we could find by $30, although we saw it for a buck less two days ago, since expired. Features include up to 1080p video capture at 30fps, 12.1-megapixel image sensor, and 2.4" touchscreen LCD display. It comes with a housing that's waterproof up to 30 feet, bike mount, helmet mount, universal car kit, surf kit, outdoors mounting kit, and remote control.
