VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 20, 2011) - VRX Worldwide Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VRW) ("VRX Worldwide") is pleased to announce that it has successfully closed a previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") of 12% Convertible Debentures ("Debentures"). Total gross proceeds raised under the Offering were $260,000, an oversubscribed position to the original offering of $250,000.
