Fry's Electronics offers the Western Digital Elements 500GB 2.5" Portable USB 3.0 External Hard Drive, model no. WDBPCK5000ABK-NESN, for $38 with free shipping. That's $0.08/GB, $6 under our Cyber Monday mention (which required a rebate), and the lowest total price we've seen, including refurbs. (It's a current price low by $15.) Sales tax is added where applicable. It features both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 connectivity.
