Workday Announces Pricing of Follow-On Offering |

PLEASANTON, CA--(Marketwired - Jan 14, 2014) - Workday, Inc. (NYSE: WDAY), a leader in enterprise cloud applications for human resources and finance, today announced the pricing of its underwritten registered public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $89.00 per share. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on January 21, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
