In-store only and with the activation of a new 2-year contract, Walmart offers the Apple iPhone 4S 16GB Phone for AT&T or Verizon in Black or White for $39. (Sprint has it for free with free shipping.) That's tied with our June mention and the lowest price we could find by $11. The iPhone 4S is powered by the Apple A5 dual-core processor and features a 8-megapixel camera which is capable of recording 1080p video at 30 fps with image stabilization. It also features a dual-antenna system, AirPlay Mirroring, Siri voice-activated assistant, an 8-hour battery life, and more.
Of note, Walmart also offers the Apple iPhone 5 16GB Smartphone for Verizon, AT&T or Sprint in Black or White for $98.
